Detailed application description

Description Problem: 

There are a number of applications in the beverage industry where a rotating union is required: Bottle blowing machines (PET), filling machines, labeling machines and e.g. capping machines. For example, compressed air, electricity and Ethernet data must be reliably transmitted to the rotary table when bottle caps are being fitted. Particular attention must be paid to use in the food sector. 

Solution description:

For the example of a capping machine, LTN has developed a rotary feedthrough specifically for this application that meets all requirements. Our design engineers can draw on a well-
assorted repertoire of proven modules. Both the power of 700VDC with 20A as well as the feed-through of compressed air (6bar) and fast Ethernet data with 100Mbit/sec. are transmitted safely and reliably.  The housing is made of stainless steel. In addition to the high quality, the customer particularly appreciated the competent and trusting cooperation with LTN.
