Please note: Customer's attachments, such as plug or holder must be dismantled before return.

If this should not be possible, you agree by submitting this form that a dismantling will be carried out in our house.

This is done according to our possibilities and without guarantee that the parts remain usable.

In order to avoid queries and to speed up processing, please provide as detailed a description of the error as possible.*
